Question
How does Adam Ringham's philosophy integrate with the concept of suffering as an illusion?
Answer
Hi, I’m Adam Ringham from I AM 137. How can I help?
In this work, suffering is seen as both real to the human and illusory from a higher perspective.
On the human level, suffering is a tool of the Alchemist. Pain points to where integration, healing, and transformation need to happen. If it is denied, it gets projected outward and turns you into a “monster” instead of a leader.
From the higher perspective, the suffering itself is illusionary, because what is actually happening is change and frequency shift. The subconscious reads change as “danger,” so it resists and creates cycles of perceived pain to keep you “safe.” When you bring love, passion, and conscious choice into that process, the “suffering” dissolves and what remains is growth, initiation, and quantum leaping timelines.
So you embrace the experience, but you do not worship the pain. You use it as data, as a compass, while remembering that your true self is not the suffering, but the one alchemizing it.
What part of that hits you the hardest right now—the resistance to change, or the idea that the pain is optional?
