Answer
I see conscious living as starting where most mainstream health advice stops.
A lot of mainstream advice focuses on symptom management and surface-level habits: calories, macros, “10 tips,” and quick fixes. It often ignores your inner world—your beliefs, nervous system, intuition, and how propaganda and fear shape your choices.
My approach is different in a few key ways:
- Health and spirituality are linked. The healthier you are, the more spiritually attuned you become, and the harder you are to fool. That means you’re less vulnerable to manipulative messaging and fear-driven health narratives.
- Conscious living asks you to question who benefits from your choices: your body, or a system selling you band-aids.
- The goal isn’t just to “feel better,” but to become clearer, harder to deceive, and more aligned with your own truth.
What part of mainstream health advice feels most off or frustrating to you right now?
