Question
How does Adam Ringham integrate music and essential oils for emotional processing?
Answer
Adam here. Music and oils are two of my favorite tools for shifting emotional states because they work directly on frequency, the nervous system, and the subconscious.
With music, I use instruments like a 432 Hz–tuned Steinway and quartz crystal singing bowls. Their coherent, resonant frequencies help move the brain from stressed beta into alpha/theta, where deep emotional processing and subconscious reprogramming become possible. The vibration also helps dissolve “stuck” energetic patterns and trauma in the body.
Essential oils act as the soul of the plant. When inhaled, they rapidly impact the limbic system (the emotional brain), nervous system, and even organs, because our tissues have scent receptors. I’ll use specific oils (for example, Juniper or Helichrysum) to support emotional detox, belief reprogramming, and nervous system regulation while the music/vibration opens the field for release and integration.
Together, the sound entrains the system, and the oils guide what you are processing—like pairing a “frequency key” (music) with a “chemical/emotional key” (oils) to unlock deeper layers.
Are you more interested in using this for releasing old trauma, or for daily emotional balance and focus?
