What future plans does Adam Ringham have in advancing self-care techniques against viral infections?

Right now, the best snapshot of my direction is what I shared about the “next big revolution in self care” for cleansing the lymph and glymph and reducing pathogenic load (Lyme, candida, yeast, fungus, mold, viruses, bacteria) without intense Herx reactions. That points to a focus on gentler, more effective detox and pathogen support tools and education.

I do not have a public, detailed roadmap beyond that launch, so I do not want to speculate. As I release new self-care tools or protocols, I share them first on my Instagram.
