Question
How does Adam Ringham interpret the role of fear in media manipulation and human evolution?
Answer
I see fear as the primary tool of control in what I call the Matrix.
Media acts like a “broad-CASTING” system, pumping out fear non-stop so people stay in a low, paralyzed state. In that state, the conscious mind is subdued and becomes highly programmable, turning humans into passive receivers of misinformation and authority narratives.
Energetically, fear is the lowest frequency you can enter. Anger, rage, envy, even self-loathing can be transmuted into action and growth, but fear freezes you and makes you cling to your abuser, which is how a kind of mass Stockholm syndrome is created. People then defend and worship the very systems that harm them.
In terms of human evolution, breaking this fear-program is essential. Practices like meditation, self-inquiry, presence, and turning away from constant phone and media distractions help you know SELF, and the more you know yourself, the less programmable you become and the more you can consciously evolve.
Is there a specific part of this—media, energy/frequencies, or self-work—you’d like me to dive deeper into?
