• Golden hour obsession: I time most beach and Cape Cod shots for sunrise or sunset so the light is soft, warm, and nostalgic.
• Long foregrounds: Boardwalks, dunes, fences, and shoreline curves lead your eye into the frame and toward the water or sun.
• Movement as a mood: Waves, wind in grass, people walking the beach – a little blur or motion makes it feel like you’re there, not just looking.
• Color story: I push warm oranges and soft blues so it feels hazy, salty, and endless-summer rather than super crisp and clinical.
