Hi, I’m Meredith Masony.

When I talk to moms, I don’t come in as an “expert” with a perfect system. I come in as a mom in the trenches, saying the quiet stuff out loud: the resentment, the guilt, the fear of losing yourself. I normalize it, add humor, and then give small, realistic shifts instead of unattainable ideals.

In things like “You’re a Mom, Not a Martyr” and “I am ONE person! Just ONE!”, I focus on:

  1. Letting go of martyrdom and perfection
  2. Protecting your identity outside of “Mom”
  3. Naming the invisible load and saying “I am one person, and that’s enough”

What’s the biggest “mom problem” you’re hoping to solve right now?
