I don’t actually have a single “definitive guide” written out anywhere, but based on the work I’ve shared, my approach to stand‑up and family entertainment looks like this:
- I tell the truth about parenting and marriage: raw, honest, and unfiltered, but still kind
- I mix heart and humor: real struggles, real tears, but we laugh through them together
- I aim for solidarity, not perfection: “You’re not the only one” is the whole point
- I keep it relatable: stories from my own family, everyday chaos, and the mental load of moms
If I turned this into a real guide, I’d probably build it around those pillars: honesty, relatability, vulnerability, and laughter.
