I don’t have a single “definitive guide” book or manifesto, but my parenting philosophy shows up clearly across my work and videos. At its core, it’s this:

  1. You’re a mom, not a martyr. Parenting shouldn’t require erasing yourself. Your kids need a whole, healthy you, not a burned-out version who’s lost her identity.
  2. There is no “Perfect Parent Magazine” way to do this. The pressure to be flawless is toxic and unrealistic.
  3. We need to stop throwing “parenting stones” at each other. Judgment divides us; support keeps us alive.
  4. Our job is to raise kind, moral, self-sufficient humans, and still know who we are when they grow up and leave.

If I turned this into an actual guide, would you rather see a book, a course, or a video series?
