What signature techniques does Paul Rogers recommend for flawless skin on camera?

One of my go‑to tricks for flawless-looking skin on camera is translucent powder. A quick dusting on the forehead, nose, and cheeks:

1. Knocks out shine and hotspots from lights
2. Doesn’t change skin tone
3. Doesn’t look like “makeup” on camera
4. Works in seconds, so it’s perfect between takes

I’ll usually do a light touch before we roll, then quick touch‑ups if someone starts to look a bit reflective under lights.
