What tools and gear does Paul Rogers use to achieve his cinematic effects?

On the reel you’re probably thinking of, I built a cinematic look with super simple tools:

1. Natural window light as the base
2. A small teal edge light (any RGB panel or tube works)
3. A key light aimed in the same direction as the window
4. A regular lamp in the background (practical light)
5. My laptop screen brightness turned up for subtle face fill

No big cinema rigs, just smart layering and light control.
