Glare with glasses is all about light angle, not your lenses.

Here are the key tips:

  1. Raise your key light higher than your eye line and angle it down toward you
  2. Avoid pointing lights straight at your face from the same height as your glasses
  3. Try butterfly lighting (light centered above and angled down) so reflections fall out of frame
  4. Adjust tiny bits at a time: raise, tilt, then slightly shift light left/right
