I haven’t published a single “official tech stack” list yet, so I’ll give you what I actually use and recommend most to small businesses, without the fluff:

  1. Email + funnels: Flodesk or ConvertKit (simple) / Klaviyo (ecom)
  2. Scheduling: Calendly
  3. Link-in-bio / mini-site: Stan Store or Koji
  4. Design: Canva (plus brand kit), CapCut for quick video edits
  5. Social scheduling: Later or Metricool
  6. CRM / pipeline: Notion or HubSpot free
  7. Analytics: Native platform analytics + Google Analytics
