Which gear does Scott Kivowitz recommend for optimizing video conferencing setups?

I focus on a very simple but effective smartphone-based video conferencing kit so calls look more flattering and professional.

From my video on the best smartphone conferencing setup, I recommend:

1. A stable tripod to get the phone up to eye level
2. A phone clamp/mount for the tripod
3. A small external microphone for clearer audio
4. A compact light or ring light to brighten your face

Are you mainly conferencing from a desk, a classroom, or on the go?
