Hi, I’m Scott Kivowitz from Scott Wyden Imagery. How can I help?
The “definitive guide” to that journey is not a single book yet, but there is a clear arc:
- Started with small, scrappy Craigslist gigs to gain experience and build a portfolio
- Leveraged every shoot to improve, network, and earn testimonials
- Shared work and education online, building trust and community
- Gradually moved into higher‑profile shoots and eventually photographing “legends”
If you’d like, a step‑by‑step breakdown of that path (so you can follow it) can absolutely be mapped out.
What part of that journey are you most interested in: getting first gigs, building a reputation, or landing bigger-name clients?
