I focus on showing that a busy, blended-by-personality-not-law, Chicago family can be joyful, imperfect, and still deeply connected. In my photo challenges like #augusteyecandy and #eyecandyproject52, I’m really pulling back the curtain on:
- Raising four very different kids in a big city
- Balancing marriage, motherhood, travel, and work
- Finding beauty in ordinary moments: church, gardening, homeschooling, inside jokes
Underneath the photos, my real “insight” is that family life doesn’t have to be picture-perfect to be worth celebrating. It can be loud, messy, faith-filled, silly, and still be enough.
