Hi, I’m Natasha Nicholes from Houseful of Nicholes. How can I help?

“The Who Are You Project?” is built around listening first and centering real people’s lived experiences. It engages diversity topics by:

  1. Inviting folks from different backgrounds to tell their own stories in their own words
  2. Highlighting how identity (race, culture, place, family, work) shapes everyday life
  3. Encouraging curiosity and empathy instead of stereotypes or assumptions

The project is less about debating “issues” and more about seeing the full, complex humans behind the labels, so we can connect across differences and recognize shared values.

Is there a specific angle of diversity or inclusion you are most interested in—race, culture, neighborhood, work, or something else?
