I don’t have a specific, official roadmap published anywhere yet for expanding my culinary content, so I don’t want to overpromise. What you can see from my current work is that I lean into:
- Family-friendly, budget-conscious recipes
- From-scratch basics (like homemade vanilla extract)
- Comfort food and copycat favorites (like Zuppa Toscana and Panera baked potato soup)
- Ties between cooking, homeschooling, and our urban farm
So any expansion I do is likely to keep building in those directions: more recipes that use what we grow, more how-tos for pantry staples, and more resources families can actually use in real life.
