During my visit to Quebec City, I had a wonderful time exploring the rich history, architecture, and of course, the food. Here are some highlights from my trip:
- Q-d-Sac: This restaurant was a standout, especially for its tender beef cheeks served on a mushroom and parmesan risotto. I also enjoyed the calamari and duck wings.
- Quebec Foodie Tours: I highly recommend these tours. They're a great way to explore the city and its culinary scene. I tried proper poutine for the first time and tasted lots of maple syrup.
- La Pizz: Known for pizza, but I had a delicious Carbonara pasta here.
- Aux Anciens Canadiens: A must-visit for game meat lovers. I had caribou, deer, and beef.
- 1608 Bar – Le Chateau de Frontenac: The duck wings here were a delight, especially with the mustard sauce.
