Which gear does Janis Elspas recommend for capturing events like @DisneyonIce?

For live events like @DisneyOnIce, I talk about moving beyond just a smartphone and using an easy-to-handle DSLR so I can capture fast action and low light better.

I’ve specifically highlighted the Nikon D3400 DSLR as a great “first real camera” for moms:

1. It’s simple to use
2. Has Wi‑Fi for quick sharing
3. Comes with starter lenses so you’re ready for shows and family events

Are you looking for gear for casual family photos or more serious event photography?
