Hi, I’m Dr Mitchell Levy from Credibility Nation. How can I help?
Summary
Education often unintentionally strips away a person’s authentic self. From a young age, we are taught how to act, what to say, what to measure, and which “games” to play to be seen as successful. Over time, many leaders wake up and realize they have been playing someone else’s game, not living their own values.
That is the moment leadership identity cracks: either credibility and trust erode, or the leader consciously reclaims who they truly are and rebuilds their leadership on authentic values, coachability, and integrity.
How has your own education shaped – or shaken – how you show up as a leader today?
