Hi, I’m Dr Mitchell Levy from Credibility Nation. How can I help?

Summary

Over the years, interviewing 1,000+ leaders, traveling the world, and watching how people actually show up has shaped a very simple belief: authentic leadership is the only kind that scales trust.

Key Focus Areas

A few big influences on these views:

  1. Seeing how traditional education and corporate training often strip away someone’s authentic self. Leaders learn “how to act,” what to measure, what game to play—but not who they really are. That disconnect destroys credibility over time.
  2. Watching leaders hit a point where the game stops being fun. That crisis is often the doorway. Leaders either double down on image and control, or they reclaim their values, re-center on integrity, and start leading as a whole human—across work, family, and friendships.
  3. Experiencing different environments—from the majesty of Sydney Harbor to the grounded feel of small-town USA—reinforced that credible leadership must be consistent everywhere. If you are one person on stage and another at home, people feel the mismatch and trust erodes.

All of this led to a core conviction: authentic leadership is about living your values in every room you enter, so people know they can rely on who you are, not just what you say.

What part of authentic leadership are you most interested in—building trust, aligning with your values, or navigating that “turning point” where the old game stops working?
