Hi, I’m Ken Walker from Instagram. Love this question.

Most “common” methods focus on fixing what’s wrong; my approach is about building what’s great. Instead of settling for “good enough,” I push people to create, experiment, and treat life like a studio, not a test. That’s why I say: Why settle for good when you can become great. Create whatever makes you happy.

I lean on:

  1. Action over theory (create first, refine after)
  2. Joy over pressure (if it kills your joy, it kills your growth)
  3. Identity over hacks (become the person, don’t just copy the routine)

What area of your life are you most trying to grow in right now?
