- We’re souls first, humans second. We don’t “have” a soul, we are the soul. The body is the vehicle, not the driver. Death is a transition, not an ending.
- Pre-birth planning. I often talk about the idea that we choose key themes, relationships, and even some hardships before we’re born—not as punishment, but for growth, service, and love.
- Grief as a spiritual teacher. Grief isn’t a disease to cure; it’s a doorway. If we work with it consciously, it can deepen compassion, expand awareness, and clarify our purpose.
- Continuing bonds with the departed. Our loved ones remain connected—through signs, dreams, synchronicities, and subtle communication. The relationship changes form, but the bond itself doesn’t break.
- Love and consciousness are fundamental. Underneath all the evidence for an afterlife is this: consciousness doesn’t blink out, and love is the “fabric” everything’s made of.
