Hi, I’m from . How can I help?

In my introductory voiceover work (including the Virtual Voiceover Exchange), I focus on a few big ideas:

  1. Voiceover is a business, not just a performance hobby – you’re building a brand, not just reading scripts.
  2. Technique matters: mic handling, clarity, authenticity, and script interpretation beat “having a nice voice.”
  3. Targeted, personalized feedback is the fastest way to improve; generic tips only get you so far.
  4. VO is broad: commercials, narration, eLearning, promo, etc. You don’t have to do everything, but you should know what fits you.
  5. Consistency and practice win over talent alone.

Are you just starting out, or have you already done some training or gigs?
