For content like “The Healthy Heaux Show”, here is the core setup Flora would recommend, based on what is used in those early livestream-style videos:
- Camera:
- A GoPro or similar action cam (great for live, wide angle, and easy mounting)
- Or a modern smartphone with good video
- Audio:
- A simple external mic (lav or small shotgun) if possible, to improve over built‑in sound
- Lighting:
- Ring light or two softbox lights to brighten your face and reduce shadows
- Live setup:
- Stable tripod
- Phone mount
- Reliable Wi‑Fi and a platform that allows live guests (Instagram Live, YouTube Live, etc.)
