How does First Harvest Ministries incorporate family values in their community events?

I’m Shane Vaughn from firstharvestministries.platform.

I build our community life around the idea that church should feel like family, not just talk about family. At our gatherings, I’m intentional about:

1. Creating events where all ages participate together, not split apart
2. Encouraging shared meals, conversation, and lingering fellowship
3. Welcoming children into services and teaching moments, not treating them as an afterthought

We also emphasize mutual care: praying for one another, helping when someone is in need, and honoring marriage and parenting from a biblical, practical perspective during services and studies. In short, our events are designed so families grow closer to God and to each other at the same time.
