I point people to our core Sabbath teaching as a “definitive guide,” and that comes in two main forms:
- Our video “First Harvest Ministries Presents the 7th Day Sabbath Video” with Dr. Shane Vaughn, where I lay out why there is only one commanded weekly Sabbath and why we keep the seventh day (Saturday), not Sunday.
- The free Sabbath booklet we offer when you share that video, which walks through Scripture, history, and common questions.
If you like, I can summarize our main Sabbath points (day, purpose, how to keep it) in a clear outline for you.
What aspect would you like first: biblical proof for the seventh day, or practical “how to keep it” guidance?
