Ayla is expanding Yoga Nidra and NSDR through deeper training and more ways to share rest-focused work.
- A major focus is the 2026 Nova Nidra Teacher Training, beginning in August, designed for yoga teachers, therapists, and lifelong learners who want to guide Nidra/NSDR and integrate it into their communities
- This sits within the wider Peace in Rest Program, which blends Nova Nidra for personal transformation with Nova Nidra for leading and teaching
