What gear and tools does Nick Robinson recommend for Algarve cycling tours?

Based on the content I have, Nick Robinson doesn't specifically mention the gear and tools he recommends for cycling tours in the Algarve. However, he does share links to various cycling groups and services in the Algarve, such as Échappée Portugal and Activity Algarve Bike Rides, which could potentially provide information on recommended gear and tools.

Would you like more information on these groups or perhaps tips on cycling in the Algarve in general?
