Hi there!
When I talk about public health narratives, my focus going forward is on giving people practical, critical-thinking tools, not just more noise or outrage. I want to help my audience:
- Spot fear-based or one-sided messaging in mainstream narratives
- Understand basic principles of real health (sleep, nutrition, movement, environment, stress)
- Ask better questions of professionals, instead of blindly trusting titles
I’ll keep doing that through short-form content, deeper educational pieces, and resources that help people become less dependent on top-down health messaging and more confident in their own decision-making.
