For the early drone videos, here is the gear in use:

Drone: Phantom DFI drone (early-generation Phantom quadcopter)
Cameras used:
1. Sony Bloggie (initial flights, literally duct-taped/MacGyvered to the mount)
2. GoPro Hero 3+ (used for the “foggy fields” morning flight in Half Moon Bay)
Upgrades / tweaks:
1. Carbon-fiber propeller blades
2. “Jello” vibration-damping camera mount
3. 720p at 60 fps recording on the Bloggie in later tests
