How does Carolyn Scott's approach to car sharing enhance safety for travelers?

Carolyn’s approach blends practical safety steps with an eco-conscious, budget-friendly mindset so travelers can enjoy car sharing without unnecessary risk.

From The Healthy Voyager content, safety is enhanced by encouraging travelers to:

1. Use verified apps and check driver ratings and car registration
2. Arrange pickups in well-lit public locations, not at home doors
3. Share trip details with a trusted contact and track the route on your phone
4. Sit in the back seat and keep valuables out of sight
5. Be ready to end the ride if anything feels off

All of this supports greener, more social travel while keeping personal safety front and center.
